The Management Sequence - Step By Step

Get all the documents & materials you need to have all your property management information at your fingertips.

Use our professional photography service, or provide your own property photos. Add floorplans & professional copywriting, and we’re ready to prepare brochures & complete the custom marketing strategy.

It’s part of our service to open your home for viewing when it suits potential tenants. After hours, weekends, we’ll do what’s required to minimize vacancies and find you the best possible tenants.

You will get prompt notification of, and first and last decisions on all applicants. We’ll negotiate to find you the best value tenants, and complete thorough personal, employment and rental history background checks to help you choose.

Once you’ve chosen your tenant we’ll collect & transfer all necessary funds, & complete the lease documentation.

We’ll closely monitor rent payments & enforce agreements. You’ll receive regular payments and we’ll take care of scheduled and thorough quarterly inspections.

Get our detailed and professional six-monthly report on the situation and outlook with your tenants, your property, your suburb, and explore the potential to improve every aspect. Three months prior to the end of the lease we’ll review the lease, and discuss with you ideas to help increase the yield.
